Seeing Eye
It is shocking to learn that, in people with multiple personality disorders, optometrists found that each “personality” had different vision, and the eyes took on different shapes when each personality took dominance. This indicates that the physical part of our eyes is only one – relatively small – source of how well we see. The rest is happening in the brain/mind/consciousness. Emotional states and things like posture directly impact your vision! So, we’re exploring this topic to learn how to prevent or correct eyesight issues.

Details: in case you missed it, our November meeting topic was “Envision Enhanced Vision”, and we discussed nutrition, exercises (for both body and eyes), tension-releasing techniques and more, as an overview of how you can prevent or reduce eyesight issues. (I provide handouts, so people do not have to scribble lots of notes.) We ended with a meditation to enhance eyesight.
At the request of the participants, on December 1st, we shall do “Part Two.” (You do not have to have attended the November session to attend in December; and/or you can book me to do a repeat of the first session.) We shall concentrate on the specific topic of Near-Sightedness and will share concepts of what causes it, what emotional issues may be influencing your sight, and what exercises you can do to help yourself. We’ll conduct meditations specifically designed for correcting that condition. If there is time, we’ll also address Far-Sightedness.

Beginning in January, 2016, we’ll be meeting at Blossomforth on the THIRD Tuesday evening each month.
Please RSVP on the Meet Your Self! Meetup site, if you can. We prefer payment when you RSVP; but, if necessary, you can pay the whopping $10 fee upon arrival. The fee is applied toward the costs of providing materials, etc. I’ll try to post announcements here for new meetups as we continue to develop more topics, and suggestions are welcome.
