2025 Marks the Beginning of an Affiliation with Flourishing Beyond Cancer, LLC
Nancy is proud to work with and refer clients to motivational speaker and retired Navy Captain, Jeffrey Sapp, and his wife, Shannon. After a stellar career, Jeffrey was accosted by Primary Plasma Cell Leukemia, which – in 2019 – still killed its victims within a very few months.
Yet, here he is (five years later at the time of this writing), still “alive and kicking,” thanks to advances in medicine and the unrelenting support and care of his wife, who is the owner of Signature Designs by SAS. They now have formed Flourishing Beyond Cancer, LLC. The mission is to Advocate, Educate, Motivate, and Cook in support of continued funding for cancer research and to assist people who are experienced with the ravages of cancer. Jeff and Shannon will contribute by providing information on several topics and videos about cooking in ways that contribute to healing the body.
Jeffrey is now and always has been an outstanding motivational speaker, whether he addresses groups of youth, who are trying to figure out their places in life, or C-Suite executives. I am supporting him strongly as we attempt to encourage fundraising for cancer research amid drastic cuts to government agencies who have done that work historically. Simultaneously, she obtained many certifications (listed below) and provided wellness, career, personal, and spiritual counseling for people from all walks of life, including those who have experienced homelessness and addiction, as well as those serving on prestigious Boards of Directors and in high-level positions. She has lived in many states across America and is an “honorary member” of several majority and minority communities.

Comment: religious fanatics from different faiths are giving religions a horrible reputation these days, so I almost decided not to include the fact that I was ordained long ago.
However, it is that legal status of ordination that enables me to conduct spiritual counseling sessions and to practice hands-on healing techniques, such as Reiki, without my having to be a massage therapist. Of course, it also enables me to conduct marriages, and to do other things associated with the license; but my primary use for it relates to guidance and holistic wellness services.
Healing Through the Performing Arts
Nancy assisted homeless people and people with AIDS or addictions by using a variety of holistic wellness techniques, ranging from meditation to Reiki and the use of natural remedies. She did this as President/ Writer/ Producer/ and Director of Variety Pack, a non-profit, serving people in Washington, D.C. These folks were homeless, drug-addicted, HIV+, sexually abused, and/or suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Among them were Veterans of various wars.
