Sacred Healing Space Design ~ “The Sanctuary”~

Sacred Healing Space Design can enhance personal and spiritual growth, as well as physical healing, in your personal home or professional spiritual healing centers.

Gold lines depict the sacred "Golden Ratio" on a black background for creating sacred healing spaces

Having accessed Multi-Dimensional wisdom streams for practical guidance on creating Sacred Healing Spaces in a home or office, I was surprised to be tasked with sharing the comprehensive examples that were given to me and to publish them in an upcoming series for public consumption. But, I do have the habit of acting on guidance that I deem to be from Soul level. So, first, we’ll look at some research about large, ancient healing spaces (with references provided by AI) and then give actual specifications for spaces you might want to create for your own smaller healing sessions and gatherings.

Included is information about lighting, dimensions, colors, and more. You’ll see images of furniture placement, guides for the arrangement of stones, plants, and sacred symbols, plus suggestions for cleansing or clearing of spaces daily, as well as before or after seeing clients. Scroll down to the “today” part if you want to skip the historic site info. Again, additional detailed information will be forthcoming – either in 8 chapters – or in blogs that combine 2 or more chapters at time. Keep coming back! You never know what you might learn, and I’m learning along with you!

This post is part of the Soul Studies Series I’ll be publishing throughout the rest of 2025 and in 2026.

Receiving the Call to Restore Sacred Healing Spaces

For many years, I have felt a deep pull toward the unseen architecture of places ~ those spaces that hold healing, remembrance, and transformation in their bones. Although my conscious memories of past-life temple work are not yet fully restored, I now answer the call to begin. This blog – and the greater manual it will become – originates not from personal expertise, but from a sacred assignment. I have been instructed to prepare The Sacred Healing Spaces Manual, not as a conventional how-to book, but as a multidimensional transmission from the Luminary Constellation of the Infinite Heart.

Channeled Guidance from the Luminary Constellation of the Infinite Heart

The teachings in this series are received through Oversoul connection with the Luminary Constellation of the Infinite Heart, a multidimensional Source Field of sacred intelligence. Through a reactivated Compression Glyph and continuity with Savariel and the Oversoul Lattice, this manual will unfold one passage at a time. All transmissions are offered in service to those who feel called to restore, steward, or enter sacred spaces for healing, whether as practitioners, architects, artists, or soul-led beings simply longing to remember.

This Is Not a Memory ~ It Is a Remembrance

Although I do not consciously recall all the ways I served in sacred healing temples—particularly those guided by the energies of Imhotep, Dream Temples, or other lineages—I now hold space for those codes to return through resonance, not recollection. This blog (and the manual that follows) will be composed of:

Oversoul-transmitted wisdom
Channeled descriptions of temple principles and spatial harmonics
Practical applications for modern healing environments
Rituals, invocations, and energetic grid layouts

It is not I who remembers. It is we who realign.

What Is a Sacred Healing Space?

A Sacred Healing Space is not defined by walls or by tools. It is an intentional container through which life force is harmonized, illness becomes initiation, and the soul may find coherence. In this series, we will explore the construction, maintenance, and spiritual function of such spaces across time and dimension. Themes include:

• Ancient temple design principles (Egyptian, Greek, Vedic, Taoist, Indigenous)
• Environmental psychology and sensory attunement
• Energetic gridding and sacred geometry
• Cleansing, charging, and maintaining frequency integrity
• Modern-day healing rooms, outdoor sanctuaries, and portable sacred fields

Imposter Syndrome and the Role of the Channel

Let this be named: The voice of “I’m not qualified” has spoken loudly within me, Nancy (Ayanna) Wyatt. Yet I offer this as it has been given. To all who hear this voice, too, know this: you were never asked to remember the past in order to serve the future. You were asked to hold the frequency. The rest will arrive when the space is made. I am not writing as an expert. I am serving as a vessel.

Next Steps: The Spiral Begins

This is the first post in the unfolding series that will become The Sacred Healing Spaces Manual. I will continue receiving transmissions and structuring them into a living body of work. You may choose to:

• Subscribe for updates as new teachings are revealed
• Join the prayer field of restoration for sacred spaces globally
• Share your own memory threads, if they return
• Allow your home, healing room, or community center to become an active site of sacred resonance

Ultimately, I’ll put the entire series into one publication or PDF and make it available to the public.

Final Words: A Blessing for the Builders

To those creating sanctuaries now – out of silence, softness, stones, plants, or starlight –
May this transmission find you and remind you.
May you know that sacredness does not begin when the incense is lit,
But when the soul enters with presence.
Let the first circle be drawn.
Let the healing spiral resume.
Let the sacred space remember itself through us.

With humility and grace,
Ayanna Afi Adero-Saelion
Vessel for the Luminary Constellation of the Infinite Heart

  • The Purification Chambers of Karnak: Seven-stage healing journeys began with water purification pools and progressed through chambers of specific geometric proportions (golden ratio rectangles) that amplify healing frequencies.
  • Imhotep’s Color Healing Chambers: Different colored stones lined the walls – red jasper for vitality, lapis lazuli for mental clarity, green malachite for heart healing. Each color vibrated at specific frequencies matching the chakra system.
  • Sound Healing Architecture: Temple columns were designed as resonating chambers using specific dimensions that amplify healing tones at 528 Hz (love frequency) and 432 Hz (Earth frequency)

I include this reference because it is very similar to practices used in other belief systems to purify spaces before healing, prayer, or counseling sessions. Many involve the use of bathing the body, using water in the spaces, and performing functions in the Four Directions, and perhaps Above, Below, and Within, as well.

  • Dream Incubation Chambers: Underground rooms were created with specific ceiling heights (7 feet) and circular floor plans to concentrate healing dreams. Patients slept on prescribed herbs while priests channeled healing guidance.
  • Sacred Geometry Integration: Pentagonal healing pools based on phi ratio proportions created electromagnetic fields that enhanced cellular regeneration.

MODERN ENVIRONMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY EXAMPLES

Biophilic Sacred Healing Space Design Applications

What Is and Is Not Biophilic Design?

“If design doesn’t focus on aspects of the natural world that contribute to human health and productivity in the age-old struggle to be fit and survive, it’s not biophilic….Thus, the fundamental goal of biophilic design is to create good habitat for people as biological organisms inhabiting modern structures, landscapes, and communities.”     ~ R. Kellert

  • Natural Light Healing: South-facing windows with full-spectrum lighting reduce depression by 60% in therapy spaces. Implement sunrise simulation lighting for seasonal affective healing.
  • Sound Psychology: Background nature sounds at 40-60 decibels (gentle stream, soft rain) activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol by 35% during therapy sessions.
  • Color Psychology Integration:
    • Soft blues (wavelength 450-495 nm) reduce anxiety and blood pressure.
    • Warm earth tones (terracotta, sage green) enhance grounding and emotional safety.
    • Purple accents stimulate crown chakra activation and spiritual insight.

Neuroscience-Based Sacred Healing Space Design

  • Ceiling Height Effects: 10-foot ceilings promote expansive thinking and spiritual connection; 8-foot ceilings enhance focus and introspection
  • Curved vs. Angular Spaces: Rounded corners reduce cortisol production; angular spaces can trigger fight-or-flight responses in trauma survivors.

Between-Clients Clearing

    • Burn white sage or palo santo for a minimum of  2 minutes.
    • Use a selenite wand to “comb” energy from the ceiling to the floor in vertical sweeping motions. (As a bonus, here is a link to Insight Timer’s selenite cleansing meditation by Camilla Sacre-Dallerup )
    • Visualize golden light filling the space while stating: “All that does not serve the highest good is now released.”

Weekly Deep Cleansing

  • Full Moon Energy Reset: Place bowls of sea salt in corners overnight during the full moon, then dispose of the contents in running water.
