Heart health: given that heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States, it deserves more than our passing attention, don’t you think?

Most of Us Ignore It Unless We Have Symptoms!

- Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
- Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, or loss of balance or coordination
- Sudden severe headache with no known cause
Heart attack
- Pain or discomfort in the chest
- Lightheadedness, nausea or vomiting
- Jaw, neck or back pain
- Discomfort or pain in arm or shoulder
- Shortness of breath

Q: “Why does the body have inflammation?”

Here’s a Quick and Delicious Drink that is very helpful, because it is made with ginger. There is also a version with green tea in the mix. You can make this as a hot drink or as a cold beverage. All you need is to add water, but I add it to juices and International Cafe coffees, as well.
