Bone Health ~ Topical Tips | DRINK CLAY!

While I use it primarily as a drink (1 tsp of clay powder to 2 oz. of water or other liquid) (never boiled and never mixed with a metal utensil), it also makes a great, cleansing bath, which raises the question of whether it is safe to drain a clay bathwater into a septic system. Here is the answer! I could and shall write more about the uses of clay, but I’m guessing you’re tired of reading by now, so I’ll save it for another day.
