Let’s Discuss Treatments for Allergies, Sinus, and Asthma Symptoms

Elderberry, in a liquid (syrup style) form, is called “Sambucus.”
I learned about it from a physician talking about it on the Dr. Oz television show. That doctor’s “catch phrase” was,
“To get rid of mucus, use Sambucus!”
I think it is available in grocery stores. I got mine at the Vitamin Shoppe and chose the liquid Nature’s Way brand, which includes elderberry, Echinacea, Zinc, Popolis, and Vitamin C. It is also available in pill form. Of course, I often cannot breathe freely at night without the greatest invention of modern times:
“Breathe Right Strips” Help Me Ditch Allergies or Sinus Issues and Breathe While Sleeping
Breathe Right Strips I highly recommend this product as a non-ingestion way in which to aid fullness of breath. Remember, the breath is bringing oxygen to the brain (whole head) and body … not just the nose and chest.
Airborne IsGreat for Fighting Germs, But It Helps Me With Allergies Also
Airborne is a product developed by a school teacher, who is constantly exposed to dis-eases. Since it assists in boosting the immune system, people use it as preventive medicine when they know they will be in confined spaces, such as airplanes, etc. It is great to take immediately upon recognition of cold symptoms, also. It contains no preservatives and is gluten free. Its components are:
• Vitamin C: Antioxidants that go to work on the cellular level to quench free radicals and support cellular health. Vitamin C also supports the function of immune cells throughout your body.
• Vitamin E: Naturally-occurring antioxidant nutrients that inactivate harmful free radicals
• Vitamin A: Phyto-nutrients that work as antioxidants, on the cellular level, to promote immunity and protect DNA
• Zinc: An essential nutrient that works as a trigger for over 200 different enzymes and supports the number and function of several different immune cells.
• Selenium, Manganese, Magnesium: All minerals that support immunity

Univera Aloe Vera
All year around, I use (and sell) Univera’s Aloe Vera products for reducing inflammation and many other health benefits. I drink it from “minis” – tiny bottles that are great for travel and commuting time or to use in meetings. But, I also get the concentrated form to mix my own with water or juices. This particular healthy beverage has REALLY WONDERFUL effects on enhancing digestion, reducing symptoms caused by inflammation, and so much more. When I remember to use it, I am fresh and energized in an even manner throughout the entire day. It has too many more health benefits to describe here; but I would be happy to share more information with you, if you are interested. I hope these tips will help you in resolving Sinus, Allergies, and Asthma symptoms without having to use prescription drugs! I would love to hear from you about that!
