What Are Sip & Share Sessions on Zoom All About?
Do you need some tips and tricks on how to stress less during challenging or even traumatic situations? How about a “sounding board” for your business ideas or personal feelings? Do you just need someone to listen without judging you? Do you want to have a life coaching, personal guidance, or spiritual counseling session in privacy online without having to commute? These are the kinds of things we’ll do in Sip & Share sessions on Zoom. (Both individuals or groups may take advantage of this offer.)

Sipping is not required, but why not make things fun and keep yourself company with tea, coffee, a smoothie, or juice that is healthful?

Again, a Coach is not a Counselor. What we do in coaching is offer guidance in resolving current “Real Life Issues” while maintaining spiritual and ethical integrity concerning others and the Self. We don’t look back. We start with the “Now.” We find stress reduction and creative options for change that will enhance health in body, mind, spirit, and emotions. This often involves multiple steps in goal setting and achievement within a specified deadline. I’ll give you tools and will be your “accountability partner.” That could involve being your cheerleader, your confidante, and/or she who kicks you in the appropriate place to get you moving.
